Jaedean Mitchell

Jaedean has been involved with the health industry for over 25 years. She is a massage practitioner, reflexologist, reiki master and bodytalk practitioner. She has completed numerous courses in herbal medicine, nutrition, and business. Her passion is to empower a person to achieve their goals in life, whether that be to lose weight, rebuild relationships or strengthen the relationship with yourself.

All of our weight loss coaches are trained in the Ideal Protein Method and are all committed to continuous education to support you. We all believe whole heartedly that the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is the safest and most delicious program and it is easy to stay with and see great results.

Lyndsay Wintersgill

Lyndsay Wintersgill has had a lifelong passion for healthy living. She was an athlete during her school years and advanced to a 5 year experience as a professional cheerleader with the CFL. Lyndsay knows what it takes to create and maintain a healthy body and she brings this wealth of knowledge to each and every coaching session.

Hard work, determination, and commitment are the foundation to successful weight loss and Lyndsay can help guide you throughout your success. Lyndsay has been the manager of the Simple Solution Stonebridge location over a year and has received many thanks from her dieters.  She has a fantastic personality and brings humor to the sometimes challenging conversations that take place during a weight loss journey.


Sonu is a trained homeopath that has chosen not to practice in Canada. She worked with Simple for 6 months in 2012. A short time back home and in August 2015, joined us again as the coach for 8th Street. When in India she worked with weight loss clinics and has a passion for helping people lose weight, feel better about themselves and keep that weight off. She has a sweet but firm method of coaching.


Pat has been working with Simple Solution for 3 years and as a previous dieter, knows this program inside and out. Pat takes a more laid back approach but can still deliver a stern coaching session if needed. She is our recipe expert so if you are having trouble finding new ideas, give her a call. She works 1-2 days a week at 8th Street.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
